Head of Engineering Programme Management

Program ManagerSaalex Corporation is seeking multiple Program Manager in Tidewater, VA and San Diego, CA. Salary: $95k-$160k (depending on experience) The Program Manager leads overall program execution, overseeing cost, schedule, performance, and risk across all task areas supporting global LVC environments. Essential Functions:Lead end-to-end program execution across all SOW task areas.Manage cost, schedule, performance, and risk at the program level.Oversee PMRs, reporting, and contract deliverables.Ensure compliance with DoD/Navy policies and contractual requirements.Direct workforce planning, staffing, and performance management.Coordinate with Government stakeholders and senior leadership.Drive strategic planning, continuous improvement, and mission success.Other duties as assigned or required.Requirements Required:12+ years of experience in program/project management or related field.Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).Experience managing or supporting complex IT or engineering programs/projects.Knowledge of project management principles (cost, schedule, risk).Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, DAWIA PM).Desired:Experience supporting DoD or Navy programs.Familiarity with EVM and program reporting.Experience with PM tools (MS Project, Excel, Power BI).Additional Qualifications:Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex environments.Security Clearance:Must be eligible to obtain a Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance. Active clearances preferred.
