Service Porter Position at Marin Subaru

Greet and provide a friendly, caring atmosphere for incoming/outgoing Service customers

Assist with service check-in process

Make key tags for vehicles Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed

Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed

Test batteries of customer vehicles in service drive

Transport customers as needed

Inspect vehicles for stains, debris, and damages before returning the vehicle to the customer and report any damage immediately

Return vehicle keys to the appropriate service consultant.

Remove vehicle protective coverings and ID tags prior to returning completed vehicle to customer

Maintains building and grounds as needed

Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving cars as directed and in accordance with dealership display standards

Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service

Able to work flexible schedules including Saturdays

The Service Porter Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $19.00 and $20.00. Hourly rate depends on experience.
