• Candidates may not have been directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year. Candidates who were employed PRN through outside firms will be considered.
• **UNIT MANAGER PREFERS AT LEAST 5 YEARS OF HOSPITAL OR EXPERIENCE!!!!! Do not submit a candidate with less than 4 years experience UNLESS EXTREMEMLY STRONG AND W/ EXCEPTIONAL REFERENCES***

First to Float between Bryan and College Station campus (16 minutes apart) as needed

Shift is Mon-Fri, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM + Call evening and weekends. Standard 30-min response time. On call one evening a week (3p to 7a) and 2 Saturdays or Sundays a month (7a to 7a)

MUST HAVE ROBOTICS EXPERIENCE: Unit utilizes both the Mako robot (Ortho) and the DaVinci robot (General, Urology, and CV).

*****MUST BE FILLED BY A CLINICIAN WITH CV EXPERIENCE THAT CAN START ASAP-EARLY AUGUST****

Candidates must circulate in all specialties, including:

Cardiovascular (CV):

• Requirements: Must be able to circulate CABGs; scrubbing experience is a plus but not required.
• Other Cases: TCARS and Carotids.

Neuro:

• Requirements: Experience with Craniotomies is essential as these are frequent after-hours call cases.
• Other Cases: TLIFs, Laminectomies, and Discectomies.

Ortho:

• Requirements: Ability to handle Ortho trauma, Total Shoulders, Total Knees, Total Hips, and ORIFs.
• Equipment: Mako experience is preferred but not necessary.

General:

- Requirements: Experience with the DaVinci robot for Lap Choles, Colectomies, and Hernias. Must also be proficient in Open Belly and trauma cases.

Additional Specialties:

• Eyes: Vitrectomies.
• Endo: ERCPs, Colonoscopies, and EGDs.
• Cysto: Cystoscopies, Stent placements, and TURPs.

Special Information:

• Call outs are strongly discouraged and could lead to termination
• May be asked to precept, as needed by the unit
