Compensation: $11.25 - $11.25 per hour plus tips.

• As a Crew Member, you strive to consistently deliver the MOD Pizza experience to all guests. You are a role model of super-fast service and help create a memorable, inspiring, and unique experience, while preparing and presenting outstanding pizzas and salads within a cool environment.

Prepare, cook, and package guest orders ensuring timely, quality, and consistent execution every time.
Follow all food safety prep and storage standards/procedures as they are defined in MOD operations resources and training.
Show up to work on time, in MOD dress code, and ready to deliver an excellent and memorable MOD experience to all guests, vendors, and fellow Crew Members.
Demonstrate the fundamentals of hospitality (friendly, accurate and fast) on every shift.
Follow instructions and welcome coaching and direction from all restaurant leaders.
Maintain a mindset of serving others and ensure quality standards are upheld during busy shifts.
No experience required; You are at least 16 years old.
Some states limit specific tools and appliances until 18 years old.
Must obtain a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of your start date or sooner where required by law.
