Under general supervision of the Shipping Supervisor, the Shipper is responsible for entering hazard insurance information & property tax information in LOS for investor transfer letters, completing investor submission forms for various investors, review imaged files for completeness. Add required documents to imaged & paper files for shipping, ship files to various investors. Front desk phone coverage relief every other month.

Review imaged file before shipping.

• Prepare imaged files & paper files by adding required documents.
• Contacts branches for missing documents from imaged files
• Assists twice a week, logging in as Received, paper files & electronic Ready to Ship notification from branches.
• Phone coverage for break relief every other month.

High School Diploma/GED. Basic knowledge of computers & data entry.

• Flexible to changes.
• This is a non-exempt, hourly position. The pay range for this role is $16.90 to $20.83 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Overtime is paid in accordance with California state and federal labor laws. Additional compensation, such as bonuses or incentive pay, may be available based on performance and business needs.

This position is primarily based in our office located at 1200 Discovery Dr. Regular in-office attendance is required during standard business hours.
