This position requires the incumbent to be both organized and detail orientated to handle the paperwork side of the role but also be able to provide excellent customer service.The successful individual will be responsible for assisting with posting job openings internally, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews. Maintaining and updating employee files and database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Provide general administrative support to HR and Ops team. Answer phones, make copies, scan documents, filing and inventory of office supplies. Enter key-recs for receiving and invoice cancels for shipping.
