Front Desk Receptionist / Guest Services

The Lofton Hotel in Minneapolis is seeking a guest services associate to check guests in and out, handle cash, and provide courteous information and service. You will input and retrieve information in a computer system, answer calls, and assist guests with area services and questions.
Candidates should have strong English communication skills, a high school diploma, and the ability to work with a moderately complex computer system.
