Occupational Therapist, Full-Time, Therapy Works

TheraPeds Partners is a therapist-owned and operated organization. We partner with schools to provide Occupational Therapy (OT) services to PreK–12 students nationwide. Our mission is to deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy (OT) services while making meaningful connections in a collaborative learning environment.

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Occupational Therapist (OT) serving a school located in Edmond, OK.

The Occupational Therapist (OT) will be responsible for providing therapy services to students, conducting assessments, developing IEP plans, evaluating progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (therapists, educators, parents). The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for working with students with special needs.

Full-time school-based opportunity with a 37.5-hour weekly schedule

• 2026–2027 academic year ( August 2026 through May/June 2027)
• Deliver individualized therapy, complete comprehensive evaluations, provide consultation services, and manage an assigned caseload
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective student support plans
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, treatment planning, and ongoing documentation to support student success
• Guaranteed paid hours include direct services, report writing, documentation, planning, meetings, and administrative responsibilities
• Fully on-site, in-person school-based position
• Well-balanced caseloads designed to promote quality services and work-life balance
• Competitive compensation of $65–$78+ per hour , with estimated weekly earnings of approximately $2,437–$2,925+

BS, Master's, OTD, or PhD in Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited university

State License as Occupational Therapist

Experience working with children

Strong foundation in Sensory Integration and ability to identify and analyze areas of developmental and sensory-motor dysfunction

Fingerprint background clearance

Working and playing with students requires that employees must be able to perform the necessary physical movement functions, as needed, such as lifting, sitting, walking, standing, crawling, and engaging with students in all physical locations and activities, while adhering to the duties outlined by the district.
