We’re looking for a hands‑on HR professional to support business leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle. This is a high‑impact role where you’ll drive employee engagement, lead employee relations, and partner closely with operations to shape a strong, people‑first culture.

Partner with leaders on hiring, performance, and employee relations

Lead workplace investigations and provide policy guidance

Deliver HR training and employee communications (benefits, policies, programs)

Analyze HR data and support decision-making

Plan and lead employee engagement initiatives

2–5 years of HR experience (employee relations preferred)

Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience a plus

Some travel and flexible hours as business needs require
