Head of Marketing and Advertising

Job Description This role includes managing current marketing efforts as well as exploring new opportunities for marketing in a law firm that focuses on Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, and Probate law. Duties will include managing social media marketing, fielding new marketing opportunities, creating social media content, and attending networking events outside of regular business hours. Our firm is seeking someone enthusiastic, able to socialize and make connections outside of the office, and able to manage the "face" of the firm in all opportunities that have the potential to grow our market share.

Candidates must possess strong networking capabilities, time management, and artistic abilities that separate the law firm from the pack.
Social media management and growth on all platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Ability to track the progress of marketing efforts and create reports at the end of each month and also provide quarterly reports.
Ability to manage and maximize marketing budgets.
Fielding phone calls and other inquiries about opportunities to market the firm and assessing the same for probable success.
Social interaction and networking to maintain and grow current partnerships and create new partnerships.
Working to increase website traffic through negotiating website backlinks while also maximizing results on platforms such as Google and AI search engines.
Maximizing interaction with the Firm's marketing efforts by researching and developing ways to increase brand recognition with the community and AI platforms.
Creating, managing, and overseeing community events.
Knowledge of law firm ethics in advertising is preferred.
A degree in Marketing or a related field is preferable but not required.

• 3 years + and a proven track record of marketing success in other positions; A connection to the community of West Georgia is a plus, but a willingness to connect will be considered as well.
• Knowledge of social media platforms.

We are looking to grow our market share locally and expanding to the Metro Atlanta Community. Our founder and owner is a local resident who wishes to provide for the needs of the local community effectively with a long term goal of expanding beyond the West Georgia area.
