What You’ll Do

Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care for an orthopaedic population

Provide hands‑on treatment including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, modalities, and neuromuscular re‑education

Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants

Complete accurate and timely documentation (evaluations, progress notes, daily notes)

Communicate with physicians, referral sources, and care partners to ensure continuity of care

Participate in community outreach, education, and professional development opportunities

What We’re Looking For

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Licensed Physical Therapist in Virginia (or eligible for licensure)

New grads welcome — mentorship available

Strong time management, organization, and communication skills

Team-oriented mindset with a passion for orthopaedic care
