Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and patient-focused Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team in either Culver City or Manhattan Beach. The ideal candidate will have strong venipuncture skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a commitment to providing a positive patient experience.
Responsibilities

Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection procedures on patients of all ages.
Verify patient information and accurately label specimens.
Prepare specimens for laboratory testing and transportation.
Follow established safety, infection control, and quality assurance procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Ensure all equipment and work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with regulatory standards.
Provide compassionate and professional service to patients and healthcare staff.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Phlebotomy certification preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of blood collection procedures and specimen handling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills and experience with electronic medical records preferred.
