Car Wash Attendant - Part-Time/Weekends

Part time
Responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available.
Stand at the pay stations and assist every customer that comes through the wash.
Field customer inquiries.
Guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel.
Upkeep the condition of the car wash by performing cleaning tasks such as taking out the garbage, sweeping the lot, and using a pressure washer to clean the wash bay.
70% Customer Interaction
20% Site Upkeep (Cleaning/Maintaining)
Excellent sales and customer service skills.
Ability to anticipate customer needs.
Ability to recommend different wash memberships to customers.
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn a point of sales system.
Customer service and some sales experience preferred.

The employee must be able to work in outdoor variable weather conditions.
This position works in a typical outdoor car wash environment. This person must adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and protocols which means this person will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment such as, but not limited to hearing, eye, foot, hand protection.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED:

The team member must be capable of performing their responsibilities with minimal supervision.
