This is an excellent opportunity for a Licensed Vocational Nurse who enjoys building relationships with patients, coordinating care, and working alongside experienced psychiatric providers—all while enjoying a predictable weekday schedule with no nights, weekends, or hospital shifts.

Monday-Friday Schedule (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)

No Weekends, No Holidays, No On-Call

As an LVN, you'll play a vital role in supporting psychiatric providers and ensuring exceptional patient care.

Administer long-acting injectable psychiatric medications

Assist providers with patient care and treatment coordination

Administrative & Care Coordination Responsibilities

Obtain insurance prior authorizations

Follow up on medical record requests

Communicate with pharmacies, insurance providers, and healthcare partners

Current, unrestricted Texas LVN license

Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience

Basic computer proficiency and electronic documentation skills

Behavioral Health or Psychiatry experience

Experience working with adults diagnosed with serious mental illness

Experience obtaining insurance authorizations and coordinating patient care

Passionate about improving the lives of individuals receiving mental health services
