LPN full time weekend

LPN - Flagstaff VA

Ro Health is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at a Veterans Home in Arizona! Per Diem 6am-6:30pm or 6pm-6:30am OR
Full Time 7am-3pm, 8a-4p, or 8a-5p M-F with or without weekends
at least 6 months of LPN experience required but 1 year is preferred
Wound care experience required for some positions
Infection Preventionist Certification required for some positions
Ability to supervise and train subordinate staff in a healthcare setting.
Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-focused care
Monitoring vital signs and assessing residents' conditions.
Providing wound care and dressing changes.
Assisting with IV therapy and catheter care (if permitted by state regulations).
Documenting residents' health status and reporting changes to RNs or physicians.
Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
Educating residents and families on care plans and health conditions.
Ensuring compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
