We’re partnering with a Forbes 400 Family Office on a unique Staff Tax Accountant opportunity that blends tax + financial portfolio exposure—something you rarely see at this level.
Work directly within a highly sophisticated family office environment
Gain exposure beyond tax into portfolio & cash flow reporting
True work/life balance → 40-45 hours/week (yes, even in tax)
Hybrid schedule (4 days in‑office / 1 remote) in Tampa, FL
Competitive comp: $70K-$75K + 10% bonus + strong benefits + 401(k) + PTO
Support tax compliance across individuals, trusts, partnerships, foundations & corporate entities
Assist with tax planning, projections, and research
Partner with accounting on tax journal entries
Contribute to portfolio & cash flow reporting (Addepar exposure)
Help improve processes in a high‑touch, detail‑driven environment
CPA or CPA eligible
2+ years of tax‑focused experience or 1 year + Internships
Strong Excel skills
