CHB Operations Associate

The CHB Operations Associate is responsible for coordinating and executing shipments to ensure service levels of clients are met on a daily basis. This role supports a small group of client accounts by expediting their shipments from start to finish; Own all CHB operations services for the customers assigned to them, including but not limited to:

Providing customer service to assigned customers and assisting customers with questions and requests for information.

Completes customer billing and/or other required reports.

Coordination of Operations for shipments from airline, ocean piers and CFS (container freight station) to customer/consignee destination.

Maintain customer SOPs and make updates as needed

Works together with others in the business unit to achieve results, fosters teamwork

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required, or equivalent work experience
• Customs House Brokerage License preferred but not required
