Dispatcher/Customer Service- Full Time

Job Description VVD is looking to fill two dispatch positions to help our residential install and drop bury construction team. We are looking for candidates that have strong organizational skills, strong communication skills, has knowledge and experience on how to use Microsoft 365 software (Outlook, Excel, Word and PDF), is able to multi-task and switch between tasks throughout the day. As a dispatcher you will be the link between customers and our field technicians, providing routing and scheduling assistance along with quality assurance and customer service.

Job Type: Full-time, non-exempt, in-person at our corporate office

Pay: Hourly, $20.00 - $23.00

Real-time monitoring by tracking job progress
Resolve logistical issues between the customer and field technicians
Provide administrative and logistical support for field operations
Data Entry
Quality Assurance
Proficient in using computer software like Microsoft 365, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PDF (email and excel spreadsheet is used daily)
being comfortable communicating over the phone with technicians and customers
Customer service skills
On-site at our corporate office in Garden Grove, CA
Five days a week, 8-hour shifts, OT when needed
Sitting, reading, typing, using a computer, speaking on the phone, texting when needed
