Head of IT Information Security

We're seeking a Director of Information Technology in Honolulu to lead IT operations and infrastructure across multiple sites for a construction company.
Align IT strategy with business goals and budgets.
Lead cybersecurity and business continuity.
Oversee all hardware, software, and network systems across sites.
Manage IT staff and vendors for high-quality service.
Lead cybersecurity, patching, and vulnerability management.
Set and enforce IT policies and security standards.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security rules.
Manage the IT budget and resources.
Lead upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
Ten or more years of IT management, including five in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of network, server, storage, and end-user systems.
Experience leading IT teams and large infrastructure projects.
Cybersecurity best practices and compliance experience.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Experience in construction or field-based companies.
