Description

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments, crafting personalized treatment plans for recovery

Education

~ Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualification from an accredited educational institution

Certifications

Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
