Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Quality Correctional Care seeks licensed professionals to lead a team of medical staff while providing treatment to patients with a variety of medical conditions. The role plays a critical part in advancing care in the northern region of Indiana. The position offers a flexible/hybrid schedule and travel accommodations.

Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the state of employment.

Willing to travel to multiple correctional facilities in Northwestern Indiana (Porter, LaPorte, St. Full‑time Monday‑through‑Friday (40 hours per week) with flexibility for weekend work every 4‑6 weeks.

Family Practice, Urgent Care, or ER Medicine background.

Leading a team of medical staff; advancing correctional medical services; coordinating care of individuals from initial interaction with law enforcement to community transition.
