Position Title: Retail Assistant
Reports To: Director of Retail/Director of Golf
Paradise Valley Country Club is seeking a Seasonal, Full-Time Retail Assistant. Nestled deep in the heart of the small town of Paradise Valley, Arizona, Paradise Valley Country Club has supported a comfortable and inviting lifestyle to its Members and their families since 1953. Provide a consistent high level of customer service to the membership and their guests.
- Effectively assist with the merchandise flow from delivery to display on the shop floor. This includes unpacking shipments, receiving into POS, pricing, and creating/assisting with merchandise displays.
- Maintaining superior visual merchandising displays in the Golf Shop and Racquets Shop while ensuring daily standards are upheld.
- Assist in making sure proper inventory levels are maintained in the Golf Shop; Placing fill-in stock orders with approval from the Director of Retail.
- Manage and oversee the soft-good special order book and procedure. Assist with the ordering, organizing, distributing, and maintaining of club uniforms.
- Keep storage rooms neat and organized.
- Understand and enforce club rules and policies.
Proficiency in Point of Sale systems.
- Must be able to work mornings, afternoons, holidays and weekends
- Experience preferred in a retail setting with visual merchandising tasks and folding upkeep
