An established metalworking and precision machining company is seeking an Operations Supervisor in the Greater Toledo, Ohio area.

Candidates Must Have:

5+ years of supervisory experience in a low-volume, high-mix manufacturing setting

Strong working knowledge of mills, lathes, and other manufacturing equipment

Familiarity with AS9100 and ISO 9001 requirements

Proficient with Mastercam, JobBoss, and Microsoft software

Preferred certifications:

Certified Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in operations, business, manufacturing, or related fields
