The facility operates with a collaborative support team that includes Case Managers, Therapists, and Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs). The center offers a structured, on-site environment focused on recovery and rehabilitation.

The city features outdoor experiences such as the 10-mile Cultural Trail connecting downtown neighborhoods, green spaces along the Central Canal, and aerial course experiences at Eagle Creek Park and Grand Park. Numerous museums, live entertainment venues, and attractions spanning art, history, motorsports, and family-friendly activities are also available throughout the area.
About the Clinician's Workday The primary responsibility for this role is completing biopsychosocial assessments on a day shift basis. Admission volume fluctuates and may range from approximately 2-8 assessments per day, with each assessment typically requiring 1-1.5 hours to complete. Clinicians will work with adult patients presenting with behavioral health and addiction-related issues, including SUD and dual-diagnosis populations. Clinicians who are interested may also have the opportunity to assist with therapy sessions, and previous experience with these populations is preferred.
