Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health Care - Flex

$65 - $100 per hour

University Home Care

University Home Care Inc is seeking a Skilled Registered Nurse to join our team inMacomb, MI. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their health and well-being through personalized care plans and professional expertise.

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.

Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.

Educate patients and their families on disease management and health maintenance.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes.

Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home care or related field.

Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes.

Competitive hourly pay ranging from $65.00 to $100.00, paid twice a month.
