We are an early‑stage AI startup building a new consumer platform that helps people get things done more easily.
We are currently operating in stealth and are looking for someone to build a high‑impact ambassador and community‑led growth program from the ground up.
You will own the day‑to‑day operation of our ambassador program.
The program structure, target audience, and initial plan are already in place. You will manage outreach, onboarding, communication, events, referrals, tracking, and follow‑up.
Recruit ambassadors
Identify and reach out to strong ambassador candidates
Manage applications and candidate screening
Build relationships with community leaders, students, creators, operators, and industry professionals
Maintain a healthy pipeline of potential ambassadors
Run ambassador onboarding sessions
Help each ambassador launch their first activity quickly
Keep ambassadors motivated and engaged
Run day‑to‑day program operations
Manage ambassador communication and regular updates
Share materials, deadlines, instructions, and program resources
Answer ambassador questions and resolve issues
Track performance
Maintain accurate records of applications, onboarding, activities, referrals, and rewards
Monitor ambassador activity and follow up on missed commitmentsTrack leads, users, referrals, events, and conversions
Prepare weekly updates on program performance
Work closely with Growth, Operations, and the founding team
Share ambassador feedback and recurring issues
Coordinate campaign materials and program updates
Help improve workflows as the program grows
Recruit and onboard the first group of ambassadors
Keep ambassadors active and responsive
Show measurable growth from ambassador activity
You have experience running community, ambassador, fellowship, creator, affiliate, partnership, or event programs
You are comfortable doing outreach and speaking with new people
Experience operating campus ambassador or community programs
Experience running local events or workshops
Familiarity with HubSpot, spreadsheets, or CRM tools
Help build a program that can expand across cities and communities
