Job Location: Seattle, WA or Arlington, VA Job Duration: 12 Months (Contract) Pay Range: $48-50/Hr
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for infrastructure-focused organizations. This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and stakeholder partnership.
The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for technical and engineering positions, particularly within data center, infrastructure, construction, networking, or related environments.

Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer acceptance
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
Source and engage passive candidates using Boolean searches and other recruiting tools
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Meet recruiting goals and hiring metrics in a fast-paced environment

Data Center Technicians
Data Center Engineers
Network Engineers
Critical Facilities Engineers
Electrical Engineers
Mechanical Engineers
Commissioning Engineers
Operations Engineers
5+ years of technical recruiting experience in a high-volume environment

• Experience recruiting for engineering, infrastructure, data center, networking, construction, or cloud-related roles
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience recruiting for software engineering roles is a plus

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to thrive in a goal-driven, fast-paced recruiting environment
