Board Certified and Truly Board Eligible Candidates - REQUIRED
American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) or American Osteopathic Board of Neurology and Psychiatry (AOBNP) - REQUIRED
Earliest available start date - REQUIRED
Number of days per week or weeks per month the provider can consistently commit - REQUIRED
Willingness to rotate among the three outpatient locations - REQUIRED
Current New Jersey license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
DEA and CDS - REQUIRED (for credentialing)
Experience with Cerner or a comparable EMR - PREFERRED
Any requested schedule restrictions - PREFERRED
Any malpractice history, credentialing concerns, or restrictions on privileges - REQUIRED (at presentation)
NPDB (within 30 days) - REQUIRED AT OFFER
Whether the provider performs EEG interpretation, EMG, or Botox - REQUIRED
American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) or American Osteopathic Board of Neurology and Psychiatry (AOBNP)
Board Certified
Board Eligible
