We are seeking a Senior Buyer to support indirect procurement operations for a leading retail organization. This role will manage purchasing activities, supplier coordination, order processing, and procurement reporting while ensuring accurate and timely execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, AP, or project coordination.

Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with procurement or job management systems is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Manage purchase requests, POs, replenishment orders, and catalog updates.

Coordinate supplier pricing, invoices, order status, and issue resolution.

Support procurement activities across corporate and supply chain functions.

Track supplier performance, pricing, quality, and service levels.
