RN/LPN Full or Part Time Care Center - NOC Shift

Falls Village Rehabilitation and Wellness is a 103 bed facility with all private rooms located in Cuyahoga Falls, OH.

• Sign on Bonus- $7500.00 for full time status, $3750.00 for part time status, paid out in quarterly installments if eligible.

Registered LPN with Ohio License and a minimum of one year of LPN experience
Valid Ohio Driver’s License
Competency in information technology
Evaluation skills sufficient to report to RN Case Manager clinical details to support patient needs and goals
Documentation skills sufficient to record patient/family
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
