Responsibilities for CRT:
Conduct patient assessments to determine respiratory care needs
Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans
Administer respiratory treatments, medications, and therapies as prescribed
Monitor and evaluate patient responses to therapy
Educate patients and their families on respiratory care techniques and self‑management
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activitiesParticipate in quality improvement initiatives related to respiratory care
Qualifications for CRT:
Current and valid Respiratory Therapist license (required)
Experience with ventilator unit (preferred)
