Registered Nurse - Emergency Department (ED) - Nightshift
Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule
Night shift: 12-hour shifts from 07:30 PM to 07:00 AM, on a per diem basis for a minimum of 3 shifts per month.
Job Description
The RN in the Emergency Department plays a critical role in providing high-quality patient care in an acute care setting. The position requires strong clinical skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and effectively communicate with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Responsibilities
Assess patient conditions and develop treatment plans.
Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
Provide patient education and support.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Active nursing license verification.
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications as applicable.
Proof of MMR and Varicella vaccination or attestation of vaccination/declination.
Fit Test and various other health compliance checks as specified in onboarding requirements.
