Job Type: Part-time

Compensation: $9.25 per hour plus tips

Schedule: Monday - Sunday with availability between 10 AM and 8 PM

* Every staff member, regardless of position, has a primary and urgent responsibility to clean and disinfect all club components as they are used by members and guests and yourself. Help retain and attain new members through club promotion and customer service excellence

Accurately follow recipes for all beverages; must have thorough knowledge of all beverage offerings and prices

Provide prompt and consistent bar service to members, guests and servers

Set up and break down bar - stock and restock bar according to prescribed par specifications; clean bar thoroughly in accordance with standard operating procedures

Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the bar and all common areas and service stations; clean glasses, utensils, bar equipment, bar tops, refrigerators, and all other equipment and work areas

Provide information to guests including beverage menu descriptions

Maintain uniform and personal grooming in compliance with appearance standards

At least one year of previous bar-tending experience

Must have comprehensive knowledge of beverage recipes

Basic computer skills are required

Must possess a service orientation actively looking for ways to help others

Required to lift heavy items such as liquor boxes and ice bins etc.

Responsible for bar till; proper cash handling is required

Physical requirements include: walking and standing during the entire shift (often 4-8 hours), climbing stairs, kneeling to clean floors, pushing and pulling objects, lifting and moving objects (up to 50 lbs.), Dental, and Vision through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois

• Club Membership: Our Commitment to Hospitality: FFC offers a robust training program mandatory for all employees to attend. The training includes multiple hospitality courses to be completed during your first 90 days. Your manager will go over your role specific training and dates upon hire. Compensation: $9.25 per hour
