The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, skilled in collaborating with leadership to drive initiatives, manage budgets, and track performance. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.

8-10 years of supervisory and management experience.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or willingness to learn within 90 days.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict management skills.

Knowledge of finance, budgeting, grants management, and accreditation standards.

A valid Alaska Driver’s license and the ability to be insured on CVTC’s vehicle insurance policy is a requirement of this position.
