What You'll Do

Lead the development and growth of the orthopedic and regenerative rehabilitation service line.

Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based orthopedic rehabilitation techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and return-to-activity programming.

Develop clinical protocols and best practices for regenerative therapies, including shockwave therapy, while supporting future program expansion.

Collaborate with providers and mentor support staff to ensure outstanding patient outcomes.

Build relationships within the community through educational presentations, networking, and referral development.

Maintain accurate electronic medical documentation with minimal administrative burden.

Qualifications

Required

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.

Current Iowa Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.

Experience treating orthopedic conditions with confidence in return-to-activity and/or return-to-sport rehabilitation.

Preferred

Interest in regenerative rehabilitation, including shockwave therapy (training provided).

Experience in a cash-based or concierge practice setting is a plus but not required.

Schedule

Full-time preferred (45 days per week).

Flexible scheduling available for the right candidate.

Occasional evening or weekend community events for outreach and educational programming.
