About Our Role: As a Line Cook, you will work closely with the BOH team to ensure that all meals are prepared in a timely and efficient manner. All cooks are key members of our culinary team, responsible for making sure dishes go to our customers efficiently and correctly. The ideal candidates will have a passion for culinary excellence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will help us deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

Follow kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards at all times. Ensure quality, consistency, and attention to detail in all food prepared. Qualifications: Experience in the culinary field. Food Handler's Certification or equivalent (preferred). Commitment to quality, teamwork, and a positive work ethic. 2 years sauté, grill cook experience required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a high-volume restaurant. Skills: Apply culinary techniques and knowledge of food safety and sanitation to prepare high-quality dishes. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve kitchen goals. Stand and walk for extended periods (8–10 hours per shift). Maintain manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for food preparation. Read recipes and monitor food quality with visual accuracy. Sustain physical stamina for long, high-pressure shifts.
