The Clerk, Will Call will achieve high internal and external customer satisfaction by showing excellent customer service.ScheduleFriday's from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Saturday's from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm and Sunday's from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm.Starting pay: $20-$23Main Ingredients of the JobAs a US FOODS? Will Call Clerk you will be assisting the warehouse, sales team, customers, and vendors with order placements for pick up or delivery. Perform back up activities throughout warehouse supporting all aspects of shipping and receiving. Activities include data entry of shipping and receiving information, preparation and distribution related reports, or file/records. Process Will Call orders from warehouse with accuracy and support with customer service Be willing to cross train with other positions in operations Prepare and update delivery appointment sheet daily for shipping and receiving Responsible for accurate data entry with shipping and receiving information Prepare in-bound documents, preparation and distribution related reports, or file/record maintenance Manage discrepancy report Communicate with management on daily basis File out of stock and damage claims within warehouseTHE WILL CALL CLERK WILL BE EXPECTED TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL SELECTOR DUTIES WHEN VOLUME PERMITSWhat you bring to the tableEducation/Training High School Diploma or equivalent requiredKnowledge/Skills/Abilities Communicate clearly both in writing and verbally Telephone skills, math skills, and organizational skills Basic computer skills, and good analytical skills Resolve routine problems of limited scopeYour efforts are the foundation that defines?US FOODS??BECOME A US FOODS?
