Head of Programme Management

Role Enterprise Program Manager overseeing large-scale, multi-function solutions for external clients, often involving multi-vendor efforts.
Responsibilities develop and manage project plans, budgets, staffing;
deliver results within scope, cost, quality, and timeline;
conduct risk assessments;
serve as primary liaison with clients;
coordinate internal and external teams, including vendors;
track financial metrics and ensure budget adherence;
build client relationships;
manage profit and loss.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Finance, or related field;
5+ years relevant experience;
ability to travel up to 35% across specified US sites;
strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
High Value experience managing complex solutions in biopharma/technological contexts, with a focus on enterprise-wide projects;
proficiency in risk management, P&L responsibility, client engagement.
Work Setup full-time, remote flexibility; travel required; US-based with site access credentialing.
