Develop and deliver Metrology and Instrumentation Services for all Electrical Transmission and Distribution locations, consistent with client expectations. Responsible for daily supervision, monitoring and coaching of employees to ensure a productive workforce in compliance with company policies, procedures and collective bargaining agreements.Responsibilities include work planning, on-the-job training, testing, inspection, and initiating requisitions for procurement of tools, materials, equipment, etcResponsible for the calibration and repair of client and internal instrument test and measuring equipment and ensuring personnel are knowledgeable of and in compliance with applicable standards and procedures. Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute calibration, repair, and testing services to meet business needs and client expectations.Achieve departmental financial, and operational goals Responsible for ensuring calibration, repair, and testing activities are executed with established procedures and work instructions, and QA/Regulatory requirements so as to ensure technical accuracy of work performed. Train, coach & counsel in strengthening technical skills and building teamwork.Ensure implementation of corporate and department policies.
