About The Opportunity
Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part‑Time Optometrist (OD) to provide care in a structured, outpatient clinic‑based environment in Bakersfield, CA. This is a clinic‑based role where you’ll function as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community‑focused setting serving senior populations. What You’ll Do
Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments
Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions within your scope of practice
Prescribe corrective lenses and provide appropriate treatment recommendations
Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team
Deliver patient‑centered care in a structured outpatient setting

Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program
Active California optometry license

Flexible weekday coverage available
Typical hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
No nights
No weekends
No billing or administrative responsibilities
