Job Title: HR Generalist – Pomona, CA Ship Hub

Job Overview Ferguson is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support HR operations at the Pomona, CA Ship Hub. The role is full‑time, Monday through Friday, and involves partnering with people managers, talent acquisition, and HR business partners to deliver HR services and improve processes.

Responsibilities Partner with people managers, HR Business Partners, the HR Director, AskHR, and EPG to coordinate recruiting status and approvals.
