Orthodontist - Full Time

Lead Orthodontist - $50K Sign-On Bonus - Hendersonville & Clarksville, TN
There comes a point in an orthodontist’s career when being a great clinician is no longer the only goal.
The opportunity to develop people, shape culture, and become the doctor others look to for leadership.

Southern Orthodontic Partners is looking for that doctor.
We’re seeking an experienced Lead Orthodontist to serve our Hendersonville and Clarksville, Tennessee communities , with the unique opportunity to work under the leadership of our Chief Orthodontic Officer. It’s an opportunity to step into meaningful practice leadership while having one of SOP’s senior clinical leaders in your corner—providing collaboration, mentorship, perspective, and support as you continue developing as both an orthodontist and a leader.

Many Lead Orthodontist positions ask you to lead—and then leave you to figure out the rest.
You’ll have someone to challenge ideas with, learn from, collaborate with, and lean on as you navigate the clinical, cultural, and growth opportunities within your practices.
Serving patients across Hendersonville and Clarksville , you’ll step into busy, established practice environments with strong patient flow, referral support, experienced teams, and proven systems already in place.
You’ll help determine how we elevate clinical care, strengthen our teams, improve the patient experience, deepen community relationships, and continue growing these practices for the future. And we want a Lead Orthodontist who sees opportunity and asks, “How can we make this even better?”.

As our Lead Orthodontist, you’ll help influence the entire health of the practice.
Deliver outstanding orthodontic care while helping establish expectations around clinical quality, consistency, efficiency, and exceptional outcomes.
You’ll have clinical autonomy to treat your patients with confidence while benefiting from collaboration with our Chief Orthodontic Officer and broader doctor network.
Great practices aren’t built by one doctor.
Become a Trusted Community Leader
Patients choose doctors they trust.
You’ll have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with patients, parents, referring providers, schools, and community partners throughout Hendersonville and Clarksville. We want you to become more than the orthodontist patients see.
We want you to become the orthodontist the community knows.
You’ll work collaboratively with clinical and operational leadership to identify opportunities for growth, strengthen referral relationships, enhance the patient experience, and help these practices reach their full potential.
This is an environment where strong ideas are welcomed—and where doctors have an opportunity to influence what comes next.
Or maybe you’ve spent the last several years becoming an exceptional orthodontist and know you’re capable of contributing at a higher level. For the right person, this role can be a platform for significantly more than your next few years of clinical practice.
Exceptional doctors should be able to lead exceptional practices without carrying every administrative burden themselves.
Our teams provide support across operations, marketing, recruiting, HR, finance, technology, and other business functions so you can spend more of your energy where your leadership has the greatest impact.
For doctors who want their career to create something beyond annual earnings, eligible SOP doctors have access to an investment opportunity designed as a long-term wealth-building vehicle.

We believe there’s something powerful about giving doctors the opportunity to participate in the value they’re helping create.
Help grow the business. Strengthen the community. And have an opportunity to invest in the organization you’re helping build.
