Our LPNs are the heartbeat of the practice—supporting providers, delivering exceptional patient care, and helping ensure every patient feels welcomed, seen, and supported. In this role, you'll use your clinical skills, attention to detail, and caring personality to help patients navigate their health journey smoothly and confidently.
You'll work closely with your care team to room patients, gather clinical data, administer medications, support care coordination, and ensure accurate documentation for high-quality care delivery. Clinical Care & Patient Support

Collect vital signs, health histories, and key clinical data to support patient evaluation.
Support care coordination under the direction of the provider or RN.
Document all care, interventions, and patient information accurately for effective coding and billing.
Respond to patient phone calls, portal messages, and care requests following the WPP Circle of Communication standards.
Practice Operations & Team Support

Assist with day-to-day administrative workflows, including scheduling, supply ordering, mail processing, and general office support.
Help onboard new Medical Assistants and contribute to a positive, team-centered environment.
Support efficient clinic flow and identify opportunities for process improvement using WakeWay 2 Excellence principles.
