LabCorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Ashburn, VA.

We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist to work in either a Patient Service Center or Client office. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups

Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner

Process billing information and collect payments

Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis

Provide superior customer service to all patients

Administrative and clerical duties as necessary

High school diploma or GED or equivalent

Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist

6 months or more experience as a phlebotomist

In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency

Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service

Comfortable working under minimal supervision

Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Pay Range: - $17.75 - $26.00 per hour

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

Phlebotomist’s may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
