Hourly Pay:

• $11.50 per hour plus generous tips. Average $18-22 per hour with tips.

The Rooftop is seeking highly motivated, energetic Barbacks with a desire to assist our Bartenders in creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Keeping the bar area loaded by stocking ice, juice, liquor, beer, and wine; cutting fruit and garnishes for drinks; Ensuring cleanliness by collecting dirty glasses, wiping down bar counter, polishing glassware, bussing tables, keeping storage areas clean and organized, and putting away product orders in designated areas
Running food as necessary
Assisting Bartenders primarily and Servers as necessary
Note that this is not an inclusive list and team members are at times asked to assist with other tasks to best serve the business. A high school diploma or equivalent.
~1+ years of experience in food and beverage preferred

Commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence.
Ability to read, speak and understand English in order to follow directions, and procedures, and communicate with the team.
Ability to learn and perform all essential job functions accurately and safely with minimal supervision.
Equipment to Be Used:
~ Dishwasher, Micros POS, Coffee Machine, CO2 Compressor, Soda Gun

Maintain regular and punctual on-site attendance with the ability to work a flexible schedule which may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays when business requires
Requires manual dexterity sufficient to handle equipment and utensils.
High guest interaction, involving varying conditions and circumstances with guests, team members, and managers.
