Seasonal Retail Salesperson

Job Title

Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.

Provide personalized product recommendations based on guest needs and preferences.

Develop strong knowledge of retail merchandise, spa products, wellness offerings, apparel, and resort-branded items.

Assist guests with purchases, exchanges, and special orders.

Accurately process transactions through the point-of-sale system.

Maintain attractive product displays and merchandising standards.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and inventory counts.

Ensure the boutique remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

Support promotional events, seasonal merchandising initiatives, and retail sales goals.

Collaborate with spa, guest services, and resort teams to enhance the overall guest experience.

Follow all cash handling, security, and operational procedures.

Stay informed about new products, trends, and resort offerings.

Previous retail, hospitality, spa, or luxury service experience preferred.

Passion for wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or luxury products.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury resort environment.

Ability to build rapport and create meaningful guest interactions.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Basic computer and point-of-sale system experience preferred.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
