Who this fits. Leaders from Renewable EPC, Commercial Construction or Electrical Contracting, currently titled Project Executive, Senior Project Executive, Operations Manager, Regional Manager or Division Manager. What you will lead

Division P&L, business plan, budget and cash flow
Large-scale projects across every stage of delivery
Estimating and preconstruction oversight
Client and developer relationships
Team building, mentoring and leadership development
Safety, quality and cost at completion
Desired Experience. 10+ years in construction with direct financial responsibility on complex projects, command of every delivery stage, a record of developing leaders, sharp problem-solving and a bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management or equivalent experience.
Near-term compensation. Competitive base $240K-$280K, annual bonus tied to performance and profitability, 401(k), lucrative PTO program, plus 10 holidays, medical, dental, vision, life, disability and FSA. Total Annual Comp: $325K – $400K+
Location and travel. Based in Seattle or anywhere you can travel from. 25% to 50% travel.
