Night Shift Line Cooks

We’re looking for a passionate, motivated line cook who’s excited to grow in a high-end, fast-paced kitchen. This is a great opportunity to continuing to build your skills and experience.
For our current needs, we’re seeking someone available 5 days per week.
Experience: High-volume cooking experience and basic knife skills.
Knife Work: Ability to care for & cut vegetables & proteins.
Station Mastery: Set up, maintain, and sanitize your station and all recipes.
Inventory Skills: Manage inventory with FIFO and proper labeling.
Mental Readiness: Organize your workflow and be mentally prepared for your shift.
Equipment Savvy: Use and maintain kitchen equipment properly.
Endurance: Stand for extended periods (8+ hours) and lift at least 50 pounds.
Punctuality: Be on time and ready for your shifts.
Prepare menu items to spec in coordination with the kitchen team and at the direction of the chefs
Follow allergy protocols and modify dishes as directed to ensure guest safety
Properly label, stock, and organize ingredients and prepared items
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor all team members
Qualifications:
- 2+ years proven experience in similar role
- Strong ability to manage a station from prep through service
- Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to consistency and cleanliness
- Full time availability, including nights and weekends
- Reliable, punctual, and team oriented with a strong work ethic
