Head of Product Management, Treasury Management

Product ManagerA position is available to manage and own all aspects of the business and technical product vision for Global Payments Technology within Enterprise Payments Treasury Products. The candidate must have product management skills and the ability to set and promote strategy across business and technology organizations. This role requires technical knowledge to provide guidance and make strategic design decisions, along with interpersonal skills for interacting with different groups and levels of a large organization. The position advocates for modern, Agile solution delivery practices and evangelizes end-to-end design, engineering, and organizational practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine the payments product roadmap within Enterprise Payments and manage the product backlog.Work with senior business managers, stakeholders, and Global functional heads to establish, implement, and adopt evolving product development standards.Manage the demands of a multifaceted business and multiple stakeholders while delivering improved product, BA, and design services.Assume accountability for product backlog management, including prioritizing tech debt, regulatory requirements, and business enablement.Lead cross-functional teams of technologists and business analysts focused on Deliverable Decomposition Design review.Collaborate with functional and business leads across the payments lifecycle.Document high-level design (HLD) and functional requirements using Agile SAF requirement hierarchies.Ensure execution delivery aligns with the product strategy.Create an inclusive and healthy working environment and help resolve organizational impediments.Required QualificationsExperience managing real-time processing implementations.Experience delivering solutions using API, Kafka, Mainframe, and Database technologies.Proficiency with SQL.Business Analyst experience.Preferred QualificationsExperience with enhancing and maintaining critical software in a fast-paced environment is a plus.Knowledge of Operations processes supporting Enterprise Payment execution.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
