Manufacturing Engineering, Assembly

Our client is searching for a Manufacturing Engineer (New Product Information Focus) to support the transition of new designs into production by ensuring products are efficient, cost-effective, and ready for manufacturing. This role partners closely with design, operations, and purchasing teams to streamline processes, develop documentation, and support product launches.

Collaborate with design and engineering teams to improve manufacturability, cost, and product performance
Develop and refine manufacturing, assembly, and test processes
Support prototype builds and guide technicians through early production phases
Coordinate with purchasing to source materials and vendors
Generate production documentation and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide project updates
Support continuous improvement initiatives and new process implementation

Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred
5+ years of experience in manufacturing or engineering environment
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, testing methods, and product development
Experience with ERP systems and standard engineering tools
Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally

Combination of office and production floor environment
Must be comfortable working around equipment, tools, and manufacturing conditions
